How we do it
Our team uses a range of engaging brainstorming and collaborative ideation techniques to that help bring teams together, whilst opening up opportunities in enjoyable, productive sessions.
We quickly draw up sketch visuals and make basic sketch models throughout the session, to help articulate proposed ideas. After the session, we summarise outputs in a clear, concise and visual report, suggesting directions for the future.
Why do it?
Opportunity-spotting workshops can kick-start projects in the right direction, speeding-up development with a clearly-shared vision of the opportunities ahead.
They are equally as useful in unsticking problems, by bringing together people from different backgrounds with new perspectives on issues, in an environment that encourages innovation.
Lucid can run workshops at our site, in independent venues or within client organisations. We’ll normally involve at least 3 designers, with a maximum of 8 client staff per group. A session should last no more than 2 hours.
