Design

Where appropriate we’ll simulate, stress-test and iterate design options with mathematical modelling and 3D computer-aided design.  

Finite Element (FEA), tolerance analysis and simulation helps predict and optimise performance in ways that would be impractical in reality - reducing development  iteration and risk.

Testing with physical  prototypes provides the real-world evidence to verify that design, materials and processes work for people, in the places they need to.

We support customers through independent test-house certification and provide unambiguous production specification for:

Developing production fixtures for unique challenges, the team is experienced in snagging, integrating electronics and integrating to existing  processes.
